Imagine a shadowy world, hidden between the seconds, where all of time converges. A gateway between this world and the realm of Gods. These are the visions of an aimless Gulf War vet, Travis McAllister, suffering from Post Traumatic stress disorder. His dull life diverges from the ordinary when he unexpectedly inherits an old tobacco farm from his recently deceased uncle Andy. Shortly after arriving on the farm he discovers that the woods on his property is haunted by more than just old trees after a kind elderly neighbor shares with him a disturbing incident from her childhood.

Set in the year 2001, Lost Sheep of a Fallen Shepherd is about the family that Travis assembles from an odd assortment of broken friends, and his attempt at coming out as a gay man for a second time in his life, in a small rural area of Central Kentucky known for gentle rolling hills, tobacco, racehorses, rednecks and religion.
